Like many others across the UK we’re back in work today following our Christmas break, however the start of the 2021 calendar is different to years previous, with a lot of the UK, and all of Wales in Tier 4 lockdown. Sadly this means we are not open to the public with the exception of “click and collect” or “drop and go” appointments.

If you need to collect items purchased in a previous sale, or collect unsold items please call us on 02920 472444 to arrange a date and time as collections are available by appointment only and in strict accordance with government Covid-19 regulations. If you need to drop items off for sale or for valuation, again please contact us on the above number to arrange a date and time.
We will continue to hold auctions (live online), but the decision on in-person bidding will be decided on a sale by sale basis, so we ask that you keep an eye on our website and out newsletters for more information.
For the moment valuation Fridays are on hold, in line with current government Covid-19 guidelines, and Tier 4 lockdown measures. We will still be doing valuations by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or for items dropped off by appointment. Over the coming weeks we will be rolling out our online valuations via our website, we will let you know once this is live! With this new service you will be able to simply upload your photos to our website, and we’ll email you back in due course with the valuations.
