Charles Wyatt Warren was a 20th century Welsh landscape artist, and a contemporary to Kyffin Williams. Born in Caernarfon in 1908, Wyatt Warren attended a local grammar school before completing a distance learning course through London University. He enjoyed a successful career in finance, with Caernarfon County Council, and painted in his spare time.

Wyatt Warren was largely self taught, and began painting as a hobby, selling his work locally. He was a prolific painter, producing 20-40 paintings a year, and many of his paintings evoke the distortive effect of rain against a window, something he would be very familiar with, growing up in North Wales.
