Our 20th November Fine Art sale is catalogued, and the catalogue has been sent to the printers – now the hard work begins! The sale features 186 lots of Jewellery, with estimates ranging from £30 to £4,000; 109 lots of Silver, including the George V table centrepiece (pictured above) estimated at £4,000 – 6,000; 113 lots of Watercolours, oils and prints including 4 Donald McIntyre paintings and a Donald McIntyre print, 2 Harry Hollands, a Charles Wyatt Warren and 6 paintings by Gyrth Russell; 38 lots of Medals and Militaria; and that’s not to mention the furniture, porcelain and ceramics, glass, books, clocks, coins, works of art, etc!
Now all that remains is to lot up all of the lots (all 755!), set the sale room up, mark up the catalogues for the viewing staff, sort out missing photos and do condition reports, have two viewing days and finally have the sale!! We’re thinking that at 755 lots it’s going to be a late sale, and it’ll only get later if there are bidding wars (which if current interest holds true, there are looking to be a few…)
So, have a browse through our catalogue, mark your favourite lots, and we hope to see you on sale day!
